Established in 1979, Munari & Bernar is primarily engaged in the manufacture of machine parts for a wide range of industrial applications including textile and woodworking machinery, chemical and power plant parts, and equipment for the steel industry from ore to finished products.
The company's long experience as fabricators allows us to work with the following materials: low alloy and stainless steels, Nickel and related alloys (Monel, Inconel, Incoloy, Hastelloy), Titanium, Copper and related alloys, Aluminum and related alloys.
Munari & Bernar can supply finished parts up to 6 meters long and 1 meter in diameter, precision machined using lathes, drilling, milling and grinding machines. Our welding plant with certified personnel and processes permit us to join all types of alloy steel and stainless steel and to inspect welded joints and materials with non-destructive tests such as PT, MT, UT.
We can also supply heat treatment, surface hardening by HT and hard chromium plating and rubberizing.
In addition to precision machining, please note that we can also mount any required bearings and support pieces to your specifications. If non-standard supports are required we can fabricate and install them as well. This means that your shafts can be shipped as complete units, ready to be installed and go to work immediately upon arrival.
